the girdle gives you very good control and support,with the longer lenght and the front panel does it job.good appearance under straight skirts.the suspenders[garters]let it down they are not as good you find on the playtex 18 hour open girdleand and they can be uncomfortable on your legs.the 6 suspenders have no point to them;the middle suspender does not have any purpose to it.putting the girdle on fasten the middle suspender to your stockings first the you can pull the girdle into the correct position and fasten your stockings to the suspendersas long as the back and front suspenders are fitted to correct size stockings your girdle will stay in place allday and give you the control and comfort from your girdle,if the girdle is longer than you wear try it with stretch stockings first your stockings must be the correct size to keep your girdle in place and like me you have never worn a with a middle suspender[garter]

This is the best open bottom girdle I have ever worn. The side zipper allows for easy on and off. It has firm control while shaping comfortably. The high waist does not roll down and shapes beautifully. Many girdles do not offer lower back support such as this and bottom control as well. The panel holds you in firmly but never feels as though you need to get out of it after many hours of wear. Firm control,comfort,support,and very feminen a perfect girdle for shaping and of course gartered stockings.I love ths girdle.

Though you won't bend easily and though you'l have to sit up straight , this girdle otherwise gives supreme comfort and uplift , so much so that after you've worn this sort of girdle for a while , you won't want to be without it .

The secret is to know how to wear it . More important how to put it on . It must be well down over your seat .

So as you put it on , never tug it up too far . Fasten your backsuspenders to your stockings first , then tug it up in front until you can feel the tug on your back suspenders , only then fasten your front suspenders .

Once in and nylons all all strapped up , relax , and important , let the girdle hold your belly , you don't have to hold it anymore , so let your belly sink into it , this is really comfy , then your bottom , then everything , let it all sink into your girdle , you won't have to hold it up anymore .

And today it is nothing to hide or be ashamed about - men are even beginning to wear what they call ' Mirdles' now , which is simply the male version of the girdle .

So wear it with pride in your appearance .

You'll find that in suspendered ( gartered ) girdles , especially open-bottom girdles , you'll have to walk very differently , but that's part of ther feminine allure .



Now we all itch , with or without our girdles on . You can scratch an itch normally , but when you're girdles , naturally you can't do so very well . But rubbing over the itching area through your girdle does help - anyway it is never adviseable to scratch an itch !

After a while , your girdle becomes a way of life , part of you , you won't want to take it off - and to reach this stage is really worth working for , as you can imagine .

This can happen after a couple of weeks constant wear , but it usually takes some months , just grit your teetch , stiff upper lip until your body gets really used to being girdled .

It will have been worth it all in looks - and, surprisingly , comfort !
